India - Jesus Connection
The India and Jesus connection is based on a assumption that Jesus survived Crucifixion and after resurrection, Jesus moved on visiting various places across Central Asia and later to India. It is argued that Jesus spent rest of his life in Kashmir with his wife Mary Magdalene. Mary Magdalene is such an important person in Jesus' life that it does not inspire the world but haunts the Christian community amidst claims that she in fact is the Holy Grail and that the Royal Blood of Jesus still exists somewhere around the world, knowing or unknowingly. Ashwini Sanghi in his book "Rozbal Line", true to his genre of thriller, adventure and proving in the end that feminine is the source of power, shows that Jesus in fact had lived and died in Kashmir and that his bloodline existed thereafter. While there is no credible and authentic source of this information to decipher the theory, many around the Kashmir do not believe this version.
There are two famous controversial books "Da Vinci Code" and "Jesus Lived in India: His Life Before and After by Holger Kersten". I will not dwell into these books in detail but will focus on the novel by Ashwin Sanghi's "Rozbal Line" This adventurous book tells a story of a Pastor who has visions from past life and sees himself as someone carrying the cross for Jesus. This leads him to find more answers to his vision where he sees himself in past life through regression sessions. Interestingly, this book is on a mission to prove that the all religions are one and the same and that Abraham for Christians, Ibrahim for Muslims and Brahma for Hindus are one and the same and that all the three feminine deities of Hindu religion (Laxmi, Saraswati and Kali) are in fact the images of Mary Magdalene. The author sheds light on religion and oneness and shows that Jesus or the Son of God is born again and again in many forms to save the mankind from catastrophe. While the Book "Rozbal Line" uses Jesus' India connection to unify all religions and Gods as one and the same, the real facts on the topic are still unrealistic because if it turns out to be true, it may create chaos and dismantle the core belief on which Christianity has been established: Jesus died on the Cross.
I will not play with the history but will support the point made by author Ashwin Sanghi that there is indeed some connection between all religions of the world.
